We used Merry maids in West Michigan for the past 6months. They have yet to fulfill the duties they agreed upon. (we had a pre paid gift card so we had to continue with them) Monday this week they came to clean and did not clean 1/2 of what was to be done. I called to let them know. This is the 4th time Ive had to have them return. For simple things like not cleaning the ceiling fans, dusting the mantle and curio cabinets or moping the floors. We are paying over 100.00 for them to clean for us. They returned on Wed. To finish, and came with attitudes. Again they did not complete the job. I found dust from the celing fan that they cleaned that has not been done in a while as it was supposed to be, on my carpet getting rubbed in because they did not even run a sweeper to clean up after themselves. I will never again use them. Never again!
