I ordered "Turtle" for my grandsons for $47 for 6 issues and "Rolling Stones" for $56 for 6 issues. The "salesmen" were these young men. The fast talking one had great charisma. After they left I suffered a serious case of buyers remorse and cancelled, by mail, within the three day window. I mailed the two cancellations back on the 8th of February. I had until midnight of the 10th. This was plenty of time as I only live 120 miles from Colorado Springs, CO, in Trinidad. I retained the "soft" copy of the receipt I was provided.
I regret not noticing sooner that only six issues of a children's magazine would not cost $47 and that the correct name of the other magazine is "Rolling Stone."
I will go to my bank on Monday (today is Friday, the 17th), and sign an affidavit to the effect that I have been scammed.
