After a recommendation from GM in Puerto Vallarta to contact Holiday Vacation Management, as High End Rentals did not complete their contract, or this was not a legitimate contract prepared by GM in the first place, not sure, contacted HVM and first dealt with Ray Lewis, then a John Vega and several more months dragged on in dealing with Luis (Luke) Sanchez. Trying to put this nightmare behind us and six months later after Luke Sanchez last contact with us around September we get a call from a Luis Sanchez claiming to be a lawyer in PV, Mexico who is trying to help persons scammed by HVM and/or Miramar and he wants to send perpetrators to jail. He denies being the same person we dealt with through HVM, sounds the same, but not absolutely certain, so very confused. Also claims our money is still in escrow but in an account at Banamex in Mexico City. Gave us phone number, could not get through. Can anyone tell me why someone would resurface with the same name or is this some huge coincidence. Garry says on his submission that the luis sanchez, lawyer is not the same guy as the one at HVM. I find this hard to believe garry. Has anyone else got back money by contacting Luis Sanchez, lawyer in Mexico, who claims he his helping quite a number of people to get their funds back. Says the bank will charge what he calls a deposit rent to get the money back. Sounds suspicious. Won't take any more chances. Any comments. Calico 1
