I received a call from a salesperson telling me that they can help me sell my vehicle. They said they have over 250 people right now inquiring about vehicles like the one I had for sale and they were confident that they could sell it before the end of Oct. October came and went. November came and went. I called Customer Service to find out why I didn't hear anything from anyone and was informed that they don't call clients that if anyone would be interested they would call me direct. I reduced the price. I then called Customer Service in December to find out why I still have not heard a single thing from anyone and was again told the same spiel that if anyone is interested they would call me direct. I reduced the price to an unbelievable price just to see if anyone would call.in January I still did not hear a single thing. I then printed my receipt and followed their "guarantee policy" to get my money back except for a $29.00 fee. I sent it "registered" so I know they received it. Today, Feb. 17, I called Customer Service to find out why I haven't received a refund and was told that my $149.00 fee was non-refundable. I am REALLY upset and feel that I was ripped off.
