I got an overdraft notice from my bank, so I went to the bank to find out what happened and this company came up as an authorized check. I have never authorized anything from this company considering I have never heard of them. I am having a very hard time trying to get in contact with them, I'm told to email them, so I did. I received a call from them, which was a message left for me, I tried calling back a number of times, and told to leave a message. I still have yet to be able to talk to a human. My account has had 4 overdraft fees tacked onto it, and now I have to file a claim at my bank and also try to get this company to reimburse me. Unreal...
