Ordered cream and serum for a total of £6 which they took from my bank on the 3rd January which was fine for them to do. On the 27th of January they took £74.95 and again on the 30th January another amount of £79.99 without my authorization.
I noticed this yesterday when I looked at my statement on line and immediately went to my bank and told them what happened. The bank already knew of this scam, they were helpful, and today cancelled my Visa card and told me that the money would be repaid to me within 7-10 days. They are also giving me £5 toward my phone call which I thought was very good.
They also asked if I would like I.D. PREVENTION FRAUD package as Revita LA Peau could try and get a new card as me as they have my name and address, this will cost me £6.95 per month so I have decided to do this for one year, just incase, but I can cancel at any time. Something has to be done about this dreaded scam quickly, how on earth are they getting away with it?
