I received a letter from the "United States Trademark Registration Office - Trademark Registration and Monitoring Division" in Feb. The letter demanded $375.00 "DUE NOW" as a "Processing Fee" for a trademark I own. The name of the company and the letter content are extremely misleading and is CLEARLY an attempt to be perceived as a notice from a federal agency. It's shameful.
