In August my wife ordered a Jim Rosen package over the phone. Apparently MWI*Connections received our personal and financial information from that transaction.
We started being billed $12.95 in September. It wasn't until June that we discovered this fraudulent billing. When we called to complain, MWI said that we had enrolled in some kind of discount program. We do not ever recall having received anything from MWI in the mail.
They said they would refund us for the month of June but not for the months of Sept through May. As of this moment, I am not even convinced that the refund will even happen. We did ask to be placed on their "Do-not-call, Do-not-mail, Do-not-ever-have-anything-to-do-with-this-company-again list".
We will be notifying the Attorney Generals of both Missouri and Connecticut, and the Federal Trade Commission.
We would be more than happy to participate in any type of class action lawsuit against these ripoff artists.
