Unauthorized credit card charge of £155, I called the number on the invoice 080816836841 and explained politely that I was not aware of the T&Cs as they were on a different site. I demanded a refund or I would go to the FSA, Financial Ombudsman and Police. After the customer service person spoke to her supervisor I was promised a full refund. I got the money paid into my account 4 days later. Don't give up, call them and get your money back!
