Called a number on the DO NOT CALL list. Said it was a renewal, but it was for 7 year subscription.
Cost was HIGHER than if purchased each book monthly, did not advise of price at time of call.
Say you have 3 day rescind time, but they do not put anything in writing or verify the conversation.
The call was made at the highest mail time of year, impossible to meet time in 3 days. Only when the bill appears on the VISA did the amount become known. That was 4 weeks after the call. This is not new, a Cease and Desist order was issued by the North Dakota Attorney Generals office in 2009.
