I submitted a request for an explanation of legal terms 'accord and satisfaction' and 'without prejudice'. I was not satisfied with the 1st answer and insisted on a different lawyer's interpretation. I finally accepted their very weak answer and was charged $28.00 on 31st October. I then was charged $38.00 on 30th November and another $38.00 on 30th December and I have not submitted any further requests for their opinions even although the initial request and charge gave me 1 month to ask further questions for free.
