I had a bathroom flood in the middle of the night, My floor, drywall, carpet, bathroom cabinents, linoleum, paint, drywall and drying out the wet. We were in a hotel for 2 months, We came home there were hundreds of boxes everywhere. When I finally got the boxes put away I noticed the floor had a hump it was buckling and the joists did not look right. Carpet in every room was coming up. Keep in mind we had only been back in our house 5 or 6 days. Paint and drywall was not done right they paintwed over areas of the paint without textureing it. Vinyl in bathroom is not held down by anything it is tearing. I called all insurance companies and contractors. They were all trying to blame one another.insurance company issued me a $4069 ck but there is way more damage then that. I have filed a complaint against each contractor and the insurance company.
