I tried to get service through verizon phone and internet. I was assured that service would be on and that I could check and get my number by thursday. I have called at my cost dozens of times to try to get it straightened out, they keep losing my order, keep coming on the line with a computer voice that passes me around then cuts me off. It is the service from hell, I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH BAD SERVICE OR INCOMPETENCE. I want to warn everyone against them, run don't walk to another provider, they have pissed me off so much that I am writing every where that I can think of to bad mouth them so that others might not make the same mistake that I have. FRONTIER SUCKS!!! Allconnect sucks!!! They tried giving me a higher speed internet than I ordered at a higher cost, my home phone did not even make it through the first day before it started screwing up and i have been on my cell phone for over 40 minutes.
