Went to get money out of bank account and found that money was missing. Got straight on to the bank told to phone fraud line. When i spoke to them they where no help as they said they couldn't do anything until money taken from the account (i couldn't get it out of my account as the bank said it was pending) Why couldn't the bank stop the payment and make enquiries as there must be loads of people phoning them with this same problem
