Two guys in a white truck come up to me at a gas station and offer me a deal on a surround sound system. They told me that their boss had ordered too many of these systems and that they just needed to sell them to get rid of them. They showed me a catalog with the MT-7 system and a list price of $1999.00 and they wanted $700.00 for it. I told them that I didn't have any cash on me and they asked me how much I could withdraw from my ATM. I told them $300.00 and they agreed to that price. They showed me a lot of cash stating that they had sold some of these systems that day and had all of this cash from the sales. I got the system home and then started doing some checking online about this company. Their website is pretty cheesy and offers no assistance and you have to fax in any questions to them to a number in California. I opened the box and was surprised to only find one wire and a very basic installation manual. I have an amplifier that I am going to hook up to the speakers and see if they even work. If not, I have a barn that I am going to hang my $300.00 mistake in. Don't get taken in by these scammers.
