I decided to buy a bag from http://www.cambridge-satchels.com. I didn't know it was fake till I got the product from CHINA! The most upset thing was that the price of the product was not even a discount price... I bought it because of the free shipping. After I authorized my charge, Realypay sent me a confirmation, and I didn't check the website at all because it looked trustworthy just like PayPal. Anyway, I went back to the website and try to find contact number - the only contact was email address. I emailed the seller and got response right away. I asked to return first without telling it was a fake bag, then I replied back my reason... I never heard back since then. What I did was sent it back with the signature confirmation and used that (when they signed it) with the dispute form (called credit card company for the form). What I really paid for this stupidity was the shipping cost and the visa waived the oversea fee.
