I joined Ziinga, free to join. Won a bid auction for $8.95, then 2 weeks later, saw on my a/c Ziinga withdrew $118 subscription fee. I immediately phoned and said I did not join for subscription fee, and it was hidden in terms of condition. Should there not be a clause where one is not allowed to state payments in terms of conditions. How can I take this up to regain my $118 plus $54 cancellation fee, as I feel robbed in this way, I did tell them I would never have agreed to this at all, they refused and said if I do not want another $118 withdrawn from my a/c I had to pay $54 cancellation fee - please help and tell me how to get my money back.
