Won a 40" Samsung color television spending $112.88. After the "15 days" shipping promise, I sent a daily email as to the status. I became concerned because all of the auctions for decent stuff had disappeared and what was left was junk, deducing that their suppliers had cut them off for not paying their bill.
6 emails to [email protected], including a threat to go to the District Attorney's office and file a complaint for fraud. No response. The 855 phone number is useless-they are no help. I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charges. I am 58 years old. Shame on me for not remembering that there is no free lunch!
