I made a purchase with DealFun.com on 11/12; when I seen that they had a guarantee that you would be able to obtain some type of purchase through their auction site. However, I learned the hard way that you had to almost me on their site continuously to bid on the item (s) you wanted.in my opinion there was not a large selection of items that were of interest to me, so I was cautious on how I bid, so I wouldn't waste my auction dollars; that I had purchased. I noticed that their website has been down for quite some time and they instruct you to email them at: "[email protected]". However, I have received a confirmation that the email doesn't go through. I finally found my credit card statement with the details to my purchase; along with the phone number (855-701-2091) for DealFun.com today. You do get an automated system that provides you with options to continue with the call, but then the automated system tells you that their office is currently closed and that you can go to the website "www.dealfun.com to get in contact with DealFun.com. I am preparing to call the Florida Attorney General's Office to find out if there are any current complaints and if not I plan to file a complaint.
