I have ordered delivery service to pizzahut. I ordered a large canadian bacon, cheese, tomatoes, mushroom, olives, pepperoni pizza. When I had gotten the order opened the box and had givin a slice to my 1 year old took out a slice for myself found the mushrooms till has dirt on it and a foreign object that seems to be a peice of branch from a bush of some kind. While looking to take the slice of pizza away from my daughter who is now choking on a piece of pizza. Took out from her mouth a piece of the same looking branch of somekind. Called immediately back to pizza hut and spoken to the assistant manager John he said there is no such thing as a dirty dirt mushroom or even a piece of branch said if i want he could send out a new pizza i said no i would like someone to take a look at the pizza like the driver so that this is legit. He said he dosent have time for me to complain and told me he had other customers who were waiting to order. He refused and told me he canot do anything for me. I expalined what happen and still he said he cant help me. So he hung up on me. I had alredy taken pic of this horrible pizza. I mean what happen to quality check before you send it outand what happen to customer service. It was a horrible experience there I will never order there again. I have called corporate to complain and also sent out pictures to pizzahut corporate office. Where do I report this incident where it dosent happen again to others... My 1 yr old thank god she didnt have to go to the hospital Murrieta California Pizza Hut is horrible and still has the same people working there who else do i need to complain to about this incident. Or who will be able to help me it seems that when it is legit people dont care bout the issue at hand, As for me I have had a very bad experience. So what rights do I have as a paying customer who deserves to get for what you pay that is without any foriegn things inside your food without getting choked.
