I signed up for a cash loan online with Cashloan.com... I filled out their application and submitted it. I was denied was transfered to numerous of other lenders. So i just gave up after they (Cashloan.com) denied me... I check my email every other day I've never recieved an email from Cashloans.com... A week later on 1/27/2012 after checking my Wells Fargo account through online banking i noticed $30 was missing out of my account. So i called my bank and they mentioned that other deposits and withdraws was made on my account through this company without me being notified... My bank recommended that i contacted the company so i went back online retrieved their phone number from my account (877) 670-8736 and gave them a call... They told my that the $30 was taking from my account for an appilcation that i had filled out online. Which i was aware of the application that i filled but i also told the representive that my application was denied so i figured i would not hear from your company again... So why was my account touched without me being notified i asked the representive and all he could say was that I had to be approved for them to take the money out of my account. Which was a lie... So he said since the money was taken out of ny account already then i should be recieving the loan i just had to follow a few more steps... So I did since the money was already taken... Twice again I was denied... I called the company back and told them my previous call all over again cause of course it was a different representive... Ok so this person tells me that they'll refund my money back... So i agreed he said it'll take 3-7days. I was upset because i figured if i was denied they should've touched my account specially without notifing me... Ok so I waited the 3-7days my refund still not in my account... I call the company back ask to speak wikth a superviser and a lady representive told me that the superviser was out sick and there was noone there that takes his place that i could speak to. I went off i ranted and raged I was pissed off. I asked her how do you run a company and if the supervisers not there there's noone to take their place i was confused. Of course I didnt get an explanation. She told me that she note on my account that I called mad about my refund and for me to wait another 3-5days this time. So i did... Here we are 2/13/2012 and I called back this morning and the lady told me she'll make another report and for me to wait another 3-7days for my refund. T=This is rediculous I think, Can someone help me wit this situation please!!!
