Ordered 2 4 ft tall rose bushes as advertised, received email back from Chris Gilchrist that he did want to ship advertised plants because it would cost too much postage? Odd for a Company. We decided on 2 3 ft bushes cut down to 2 ft on his advice. Paid the $89.98 thru his Intuit website - would not accept Visa, M/C or Amex. On 12/16 sent email asking for ETA of plants. No response.in January after about 12 emails, I demanded a refund and a response from him that he 'skipped' my order and sorry, he would send next day no shipping charge. I never heard back again. Sent more emails thru his chat-line on his site, no response until I got BBB involved. Same day BBB responded he emailed I had never asked for a refund and I sent entire 2 months of emails I had kept a record of and he responded and lied to the BBB I had never asked for a refund. Today, 2-13-12, I received BBB response they closed the file because no response from this thief and scam artist. Buyer beware. Unbelievably one email from him saying he had skipped my order had a YouTube embedded explaining he had been ripped off by some rich family for an order they did not pay him for and we are supposed to feel sorry for him. 1) I wish I had: 1) not ordered in the beginning and 2) I wish I had found these pages and pages of Internet complaint sites. Buyer beware of this thief, scam artist and ignorant common excrement business provider!
