Having (as I thought) purchased a coffee maker by auction from this company and sent carriage I fully expected delivery of the goods but it was not forthcoming as expected, having e-mailed the company on several occasions they now request that Isend a copy of my credit card and full identification before delivery be made all for a charge of £12.75, meantime they deduct, without authority a charge of £59.95 from my credit card so in total it is the gross total that I claim i. E £72.70, hopefully this claim will be upheld, I have been in touch with the company by e-mail on more than once but get nowhere to resolve this situation PLEASE see what can be done from you offices.
