I paid $2.95 for shipping, for a free sample of face cream. Since then my visa card has been debited 3 times for a total of $297.34. I was also expected to pay £20 (sterling) on each delivery as a customs charge. I have refused each delivery from the mail and so not paid these customs charges. I contacted my visa card supplier to cancel any further charges to my card. They are sending me a claim form and say they will refund the charges through the credit card insurance protection. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
