I can remember applying for a loan dont no if it was this company tho i started putting my details in he applaction like name, bank details and also my work i got so far threw applacation and decided that i had changed my mind and opted out i did not sign anything or agree to anything i did not go ahead with the applaction i work partime ean £102 a week have 3 kids went to bank friday only to find this company has took £67.70 so iv rang them loads of times since friday and keep getting told the same thing there is no one to take my call as they are busy ill get someone to call you back and guess what im still waiting i no i wont get call back iv looked the web page up of this company there is a subscription fee of setting up an account with them there is also a log in page that asks for your email address and password i always use the sam password for eveything so i have tried putting my email address and password in and guess what i carnt log in so iv just rang them once again and asked if they could tell me my account details or if i have even got an account with them and to my suprise i am told im sorry i am only customer service i dont have thm details and there i no one here avalible for you to speak to but i can get some one to call you back. No i am very frustrated and angry i did not give these people concent to take money from my bank my bank say they carnt do nothing i have to resolve it with the company that took my money can someone please help me were do i go from here please to get my money back that i worked hard for and this stupid company has stole from me
