I got introduced to First Data thru a company in Montreal called Axxesspayments. I thought i was getting a cheaper way to process credit cards for my 2 businesses. They told me one thing and then sent a contract to say a total different thing. I signed did not even sign a contract with First Data Payments. Once money started disappearing out of my account, I called Axxesspayments and they said they will fix it. Nothing has been fixed. Pivitol payments has also been taking fees out too, which I didnt know about. A "non cancellable " contract cannot be legal. That is First Data's scare tactic. All contracts are made to be broken or an opt out clause. If anyone else has had experiences with any of these companies, I would like to be contacted by you. Thanks! I am still fighting with all of them!!!
