Ok I am a long time customer of deal fun, i have had many problems with them, but i have had many good times with them, their support is not that bad, i have won over 100 items and have made a profit on many of them, recently as they said they had problems with their vendors, this is where most of your problems come from, they can give you a refund if you purchased bids and they can give you bids if you used bids, the initial cost of the item say a helicopter for $1 will not be refunded that payment went to the vendor not deal fun.
Now for the big news: the DEALWHEEL is what sets dealfun apart from any and all other penny sites, daily you have a chance of getting free 1-9 bids even a shot at a mystery prize. When all this went downhill is when some members found out a way to influence the dealwheel and it's outcome, before anyone knew it, said vendors where in dept to many members for thousands of dollars worth of "free" won items from the dealwheel, this resulted in said vendors backing out of the relationship they had with dealfun.
I have won one of the 3 items they are currently selling makeup/headband/scarf and the makeup was delivered on time.
As soon as they pick up new vendors I'll be right back in the action trying for my deals Hope this helps
