Account Now Decided to put both of my pre-paid VISA accounts "your account has been put on a temporally restricted access ". So, I could not get any of my CASH out. I tried fixing this by calling their "customer service' numbers. And, they kept tossing me around from one dept to the next. I would be on hold average 10-25 minutes per call. AND THEY FREAK'N CHARGED ME FOR SERVICE CALLS TOO!!!
I finally ordered their gold visa card. When, i activated it - account now gave me a balance that was $75 less then when all this bs started!!!
I AM EXTREMELY PISSED-OFF. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY THIS???
