I received info that my virus subscription had expired and that I needed to do a full scan of my computer, which I did. Over 230 trojans, worms, viruses were detected, and I was informed that I could renew my subscription for 2 years for $69.95. After I renewed my subscription, I was congratulated, because all of the trojans, worms, viruses had been eliminated from my computer. I was told that this was a legitimate company (I thought McAfee, but I'm not sure). I wondered about all of this later, but needed to go out of town and didn't check it out. I'm sorry I didn't!
