I received a letter by mail tellilng me, That I have been granted
a $10,000 dollar cash financial aid grant, to be used for whatever
I need.
I received a check for $949.59 which was returned from sender.
Do to a letter of instructions a five hundred dollars green dot card
was faxed so they could send me the balance of the $10,000 the
next day by express mail.
