Filled out a grant application for a 10,000 dollar grant and sent it in. March 24th.
On April 2 I recieved a check in the mail for $962.46 with a letter saying that after I cash the check I was to send 500.00 fee to Lisa Proctor and that upon her recieving the 500.00 she would send the ramining balance of the $10.000 by exspress mail.
Took check to bank and it was declind. I say we need to find the people responsable for this scam and force them to pay the amount of the grant that they promised.
