I have a site qualityusedphones.com and "Ben Foster" if that is his real name contacted me and told me he was a cell phone retailer. He did not want to use a credit card, which is not unusual in the industry. So I sent him three shipments with secure funds required on C.O.D. The checks turned out to be fraudulent "official" bank checks. I contacted the Secret Service and I forward them copies of the checks and the IMEI numbers of all of the phones I had sent. They told me not to expect that anything will be done unless a lot of people were reporting the same guy. The business came up on the net and he also sent me a copy of his Tax ID. Which I assume is also a fake. The email he used was [email protected]. He had several numbers that came up as Foxfire Communications LLC on the caller ID.
