Purchased one seat of AutoCAD 2012 to be used to design projects for my personal business. Upon registering the software AutoDesk did not reccognized the authorization code and said I should contact the seller to make sure it was correctly identified - AutoDesk did not reccognize the copy. Upon calling the seller they were able to help me register the product. I did not think much of the transaction until now after I had a hard drive failure and was forced to re-load my software. Upon registering the product - I still had troubles registering the software and called the supplier again - they do not answer the phone - I researched on line the company and it appears there is a suit against the company for fraugelent selling of AutoDesk (AutoCAD). What do I do... This software is important to my business?
