Will not fix apps in computer i rented and matt northgate sqiure rd revere mass, 02151 rent a center refuses to let me have a loaner computer while they fix and install the the computer i am renting they have very poor custermer service they have been telling me they have no one to pick up the computer for two weeks now, i am haddycapped and they know I cannot bring the computer to them, today 2-10-12. Matt faltly refused to help, saying he will send someone out 2-11-12.
