FALSE ADVERTISING
i use dvd shrink to back up my dvd collection in case my toddler decides to ruin them one day on me. I have an older version of dvd shrink and its kind of a slow process to do each one. So one day i was looking online for updated versions of the program, i came across a link which stated DOWNLOAD DVD SHRINK VERSION 8.0 NOW! I have the version 3.2 so i clicked on the link which took me to this website where if you pay the membership fee you are elegible to download this program. Well i really wanted an updated version so i entered my credit card #, and info, and became a member of their site.
Once the transaction was processed i loged into the site as a member and clicked on dvd shrink, the only program that was available to me was the one that i already had. I wrote to them and they said dvd shrink 8.0 DID not exist and they have the latest version on their site available to download (which i have had for sometime),
They refuse to remove the now over a 100 dollars with all the extras they have charged on my card from hidden boxes that were previously checked in my aggreement. I am currently going to dispute the fradualent charges on my credit card, i agreed to be a member to recieve a product that they dont even have, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
