I scouted out eHarmony just to see if the TV ads were true. I did the personality profile... Hey it was a $49 dollar savings! I waited a couple of weeks to see what would happen. I got 10 matches within the first week. I couldn't respond or answer their canned questions because I was not a paying member.
I then received an offer for a buy one month get a month free deal. I jumped thru the hoops but each time it kept rejecting the promotional code and saying it was invalid. I emailed customer service and was told to jump thru some more hoops. All of which were impossible for me to jump thru. Their initial reply was..."Enrollment has been overwhelming and we are unable to determine WHICH offer was sent to you".
I did some more research on line and found out that if we pay the $49.95 for one month of service some sap is getting 50% of that fee as a commision!!!
I think the good Dr. Needs to quit hiding behind religion, and get out of the dating business. I had better luck at the laundry mat!!!
FYI... They still haven't found my offer and I'm willing to bet as long as they don't have a credit card number they probably never will.
