purchased 3 year unlimited VIP ACCESS AND 2 EXTRA FEATURES but
program does not work. I emailed them within 2 days to cancel, as entitled to the 7 day 'cooling off period' but, received no personal customer service reply. But a general email telling me how to download the program. I tried once again to download - wasting hours of my time for nothing. Have since sent another 5 emails to cancel, ut get the same reply. Have never felt so frustrated and annoyed and ripped off in my life. Also concerned they have my credit card number. What will these thieves do next? Please can someone help??
