I purchased the "Pro" version of Hulu-downloader for $49.95 on December 31.
The program worked just as described in the advertisement for 3 days. On the 4th day I was unable to download videos from Hulu. The downloader would just place a red X next to the download and then erase the video from the download list.
I emailed all of the addresses I could find on the Hulu-downloader website, as well as all the addresses I found in the emails that arrived confirming my payment and giving me the access code to the program.
Of the 10 emails I sent I have yet to receive a reply.in my view this company just took my money. They don't even have the courtesy to reply in any way to my questions.
Hulu-downloader is a SCAM! Do not purchase it!
