After being lured in by a 'free' cruise (which costs more than if you buy directly with cruise line and is NOT upgradable from inside cabin) we were duped into a discount travel service which could never meet or beat online pricing, as well as discounted timeshare/condo units, which were never available when and where you wanted, no matter how far in advance you check. The office is a sham in Valencia. I am pursuing legal action and am looking for both witnesses, this has happened to you and/or a class action.
