On the 9/12 i requested a sample which i did not get and on the 24/12 my account was debited again with $76.12 and a week later i received a serum which i returned with a letter of complaint then on the 22/01 my account was debited with $74.19 which again i returned unopened. I have not received any refunds mas yet.
