This is about the 20th call that was made to my cell phone number with the caller ID reading 000-000-0000 as the number that was calling. When I did answer the phone a foreign man who identified himself as Ryan Dcousta said that he worked for the Smart Shoppers Savings company and because of a large purchase I recently made at a store he could not identify; I will be sent a $100 gift voucher to use in any retail store that I choose. All I would have to do is pay $2.95 for S&H and give him my cc or debit card #. When I asked him why couldn't the company just send a gift card in the mail, he insisted that this is how the retail company that awarded me the voucher does their business. I declined the voucher and hung up the phone. That was about two hours ago and I have been called at least 15 times from that number since then. Beware of the gift voucher that you pay S&H for!
