This alarm company advertises and tells people their contract is for 1-3 years, but their contract indicates is 5 years. They will straight up deny anything they told you when offer was made, and have you initial fine print next to the amount you paid up front, making it seem like those initals are for the amount paid up front; when in fact it states that term is for 5 years.
