I ordered and paid postage for a sample, this arrived on the 3rd of Jan, on the 4th the payment of £74.95 was taken from my account, and when I realised this had happened I rang to cancel the order. The person I spoke to did cancel it but abstracted another £79.95 from my account that same day, the 9th of Jan.
I am surprised there has only been 280 complaints, on another site (money saving expert) there are hundreds. The name of the company shipping in the UK is Phytoscience Ltd, Herkimer House, Mill Rd Industrial Est., Linlithgow Bridge, West Lothian EH49 7SF
