Ireceived a pink diamond bow ring and recieved it after November 7,1211. I did not order this ring and it wasn't even the right size if I had. I was shocked because I live on a fixed income, p/t work. I notified my bank and they couldn't help me or wouldn't. I emailed DSN on their website and haven't heard anything from them. When I recieved the ring I called them and It took more than a week for someone to answer their phone, they are no longer on TV. The person I talked to said that she sees that I returned the ring and they have looked into it and I should be getting my refund by Jan 10. I have not heard anything from them, now they have my money and their product, they are crooks, I have to pay my rent, and other bills, please help me, I am desperate.
