I opened my email and had a message stating here is your flight reservation number. I had a Airline booking and thought that it was my flight reservtion confirmation number.
My computer was paralyzed and could not delete the download nor close my computer forsing me to pay $59.95. I sent a note through their web site asking that they cancel this program and credit my account immediatly other wise I will report this to the FCC and Attorney General of WA State. Next day I called the credit card company and found that my account was charged. I was told to wait until I get my statement and call to protest the charge.
On receipt of my statement I called US Bank and protested the charge.
