Silly me i saw the ad on the msn wed page thought about it for a while and thought why not i paid for the trail 5.95 and thought that w uld be it what i didnt know is that they would be taking £51.00 out of my account again i did not authorise this and there was no mention of it when i ordered said item. I contacted my bank straight away but unfortunatley they cannot do anything about it i did not have a letter expaining that i had to pay more money and i did not authorise any other payment the bank are sending out a form to me so that i can stop any other payments going out of my bank and they will monitor my account. I am going to contact trading standards too to see if they can help i am so angry why dont they explain these things to you when purchasing an item.
