Have not recieved my order

I requested 2 bottles of ckls from new body herbs online which was obtained from my creditcard a demand of $45.00 on january the 5th and haven't receive order or return, each time i speak online with customer support it is a differnt reason the order isn't delivered. Easily didn't contact the corporation concerning the status of my order we'd haven't commicated. Thanks
