I was billed for this product in january and in december and was never sent any product. I set up with one of the represitives to have it billed on the 4th of each month and they have waited until the end of the month causing an overdraft fee to my account, i have been trying to call this company but keep getting a machine to call during business hours and i am. I did mail a letter stating i want to cancle my account with them, just sent this out. I also stated if they did not cancle my account, my lawyer would be contacting them. Not sure if this will do any good. If you can help, please do thank you
