I have ordered a mobile MAXXMA440 from Homeshop18 on 24th November. We went at couriour office and got it on 3rd December. It was gifted to me by my husband. So, I used it after 1 day but internet was not connected so we have tried by using various sim cards of BSNL, Vodafone and TataDocomo for 5 to 6 days. We had ask for settings from Bsnl for 2-3 days but no reply for 2 days from them and then they send some settings. But still internet was not running. Then we have tried vodafone for 1 day but no internet running and at last we used Tata Docomo but still intenet was not working. Then we informed to Homeshop 18 on 11th or 12th but they said we can not help you for replacement, You have to inform us within 7 days so now we will just convey your massage to Maxx company. Then, we went at Maxx service centre here (at Bhavnagar). They said there is some software problem. So, we did complain for that give it at service centre. They return it after 2-3 days then we used TataDocomo (last card which was used) then internet started but very slow. It has an Android feature So, now with slow internate we have tried to synchronize it with google for apps download but not possible even after so many times tried for 3-4 days. Then we further went at service centre further they said it is a new phone we know least about this so please give it us we will check it. Then they said we have to flash it for software function. For 7 days they waited for cable to flash it but still not working. We have checked before sent this time, there was not any inbuilt synchronizing working function and we informed it at service centre before flash. But even after flash, it was not working. Then they said we have to sent it at Ahmedabad service centre for 20 - 30 days. But we did not sent it because we are now tired of it. We both are Doctors and have no time to go there frequently. Now my Tata Docomo's balance is 0. So, I have used further BSNL and i have found that further no internet is running. Now what to do?
