I found my bank had an alert sent to me regarding this, I called my bank and was informed I had been charged $11.99 10 times and they called to the FYE BSP VIP # with me on the line, the first rep was clearly an overseas call center. When I informed them I was going to file a complaint with the NY State Atty Generals office and he heard my bank rep on the phone we were promptly switched to a US Based call center Supervisor who understood that this was fraudulent and again hearing again my bank clarifying that they wanted this matter cleared up he started to sing a different tune and promptly refunded and told my bank the reference for said refund. Thank you Bank of America, sometimes its good thing to have a big bank on your side.
